Sydney Law School welcomes Professor Geoffrey Miller

Sydney Law School is pleased to host Professor Geoffrey Miller of New York University (NYU) Law School.
Professor Miller is the Stuyvesant P. Comfort Professor of Law and Director, Center for the Study of Central Banks and Financial Institutions.
Professor Miller's visit is part of the International Faculty of the Ross Parsons Centre for Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law.
As part of his activities, Professor Miller will deliver an intensive unit of study under the 2009 Sydney Law School Postgraduate Program.
International Banking Law provides an introduction to to the law and economics of international banking and considers the role of banks in an increasingly globalised economy.
Professor Miller will also be a guest speaker at a Conference organised by the Ross Parsons Centre and the Federal Court of Australia: Investor Class Actions
Sydney Law School is fortunate to have Professor Miller as a regular guest under its International Visitors program.
In 2002, he delivered the annual Ross Parsons Address, with his Lecture entitled The Global Regulation of Banking and Insurance: From HIH to Enron.
