International Sports Arbitration

International Sports Arbitration is scheduled for teaching at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University in July as part of the 2009 Sydney Law School in Europe Program.

Coordinated by Malcolm Holmes QC, the unit provides a detailed insight into the principles and practice of the rapidly expanding field of international sports arbitration and in particular the arbitration of disputes arising in Olympic sports.

It is available to study through the following Sydney Law School degree programs:

Candidates can also enrol in the subject on a Legal Professional Development (LPD), Single Unit Enrolment or Cross-Institutional basis.
