A new unit in commercial dispute resolution is scheduled to be taught in May by some of Australia's leading practitioners in the field.

Mediation of Commercial Disputes provides candidates with an overview of mediation principles and techniques in the resolution of commercial disputes.

It is taught by the following pracititioners:

• Mary Walker, Selborne Chambers, Sydney
• Robert Angyal SC, St James Hall Chambers, Sydney

It is available to study through the following Sydney Law School degree programmes:

• Master of Laws (LLM) 
• Graduate Diploma in Law (GradDipLaw) 
• Master of Business Law (MBL) 
• Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law (GradDipCommLaw) 

It is only available to law graduates.

Candidates can also enrol in the subject on a Legal Professional Development (LPD), Single Unit Enrolment or Cross-Institutional basis.
