This new intensive unit of study explores the extent and mechanisms of harmonisation within the Asian region.

Taught by Associate Professor Luke Nottage, Dr Simon Butt and Edwin Bikundo, it combines a broader comparative and theoretical perspective with more practical applications in managing disputes in Asia.
