Labour Law in the Global Economy

This new Labour and Employment Law unit coincides with the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law XIX World Congress, to be held in Sydney in early September 2009.

Taught by Professor Joellen Riley, the unit explores how globalisation and rapid developments in information technology have created particular challenges for labour law.
