Professor David Kinley writes on the the global economy and human rights.

This article draws on extracts from Civilising Globalisation: Human Rights and the Global Economy, by David Kinley, published by Cambridge University Press and soon to be released in Australia. It is currently available from good online bookstores. See http://www.cambridge.org/kinley
