International Commerical Litigation is scheduled for teaching at Humboldt University, Berlin, in September as part of the 2009 Sydney Law School in Europe Program.

Taught by Justin Hogan-Doran of Seven Wentworth Chambers, Sydney, the unit examines, from a comparative perspective, questions of domestic court jurisdiction, commercial choice of law issues and recognition and enforcement of judgments against assets, across the main world legal systems.
