New photography of the Law School Building

New photography of the Law School Building by acclaimed photographer, John Gollings is now available to view online.

You access the photographs through the Sydney Law School's Facebook Page.

Taken in July 2009, these new photographs capture the Law School Building from new vantage points and include never-before-seen photography of the Sydney Law School's state-of-the-art facilities.

Sydney Law School relocated to the University of Sydney's main campus in February 2009, after spending its physical existence in the heart of Sydney's Central Business District.

The official opening of the Law School Building took place on 30th April 2009.

The building received a glowing review by the Sydney Morning Herald's Architecture Writer, Elizabeth Farrelly in May and in June it won several awards and a commendation at the 2009 NSW Architecture Awards.

The building will be open to the public this Saturday, 28th August 2009 during the University of Sydney's annual Open Day - Sydney Uni Live.

A series of building tours will take place during the day with a mooting demonstration by the Sydney University Law Society (SULS) taking place at 10am and 2pm in the Law School's Moot Court, while the Dean, Professor Gillian Triggs will deliver a presentation at 11am and 3pm on the Sydney Law School's undergraduate program.

The architect of the Law School Building is Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (FJMT)with construction by Baulderstone.
