Sydney Law School Building wins 2009 Australian Institute of Architects Award

The Library and Teaching Complex of the Sydney Law School received a National Commendation for Public Architecture at the 2009 Australian Institute of Architects Awards. In 2009, a record 800-plus projects vied for Australian Institute of Architects state and territory architecture awards, with 144 rewarded. Of these, 32 projects and practices have been awarded 2009 National Architecture awards or commendations. The award follows success of the Francis Jones Morehen Thorp-designed and Baulderstone-built building at the 2009 NSW Architecture Awards in June.
