Workplace Bargaining

Sydney Law School delivers Workplace Bargaining as part of its Labour and Employment Law Postgraduate Program for 2010.

Taught by Dr Shae McCrystal and The Hon. Justice Iain Ross AO of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the unit examines the collective aspects of labour law including workplace agreements (registered and unregistered) protected and unprotected industrial action and trade union regulation including freedom of association.

The aim of the unit is for students to develop a sophisticated understanding of the federal workplace bargaining framework.

The unit is available to study through the following Sydney Law School degree programmes:

Candidates can also enrol in the subject on a Legal Professional Development (LPD), Single Unit Enrolment or Cross-Institutional basis.
