Associate Professor Ben Saul comments on proposed changes to the Federal Government's Anti-Terror Laws.

In an article in The Age Newspaper, Associate Professor Saul states that a limit of seven days' detention was the biggest improvement in the bill amid criticism of the 23 days Indian doctor Mohamed Haneef spent under questioning.
