International Dispute Resolution: Practice and Procedure

International Law, Human Rights, International Trade Law and International Commercial Law are a selection of the topics covered in this first semester postgraduate intensive unit.

International Dispute Resolution: Practice and Procedure is designed to provide students with an appreciation of the practice and procedures of the relevant international dispute resolution institutions, how they compare and contrast with each other, and their impact on the resolution of public and private international law disputes.

The unit is available to study through the following Sydney Law School degree programmes:
