Sydney Law School is pleased to announce its new Banking and Finance Law Program for 2010.

Informed by the Ross Parsons Centre, new units for 2010 include:

Sydney Law School's experts in this area deliver the program alongside a comprehensive adjunct faculty consisting of domestic and international practitioners.

Staff include:

Candidates can specliaise in Banking and Finance Law as part of their Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of Business Law (MBL), or add these units alongside the Sydney Law School's existing programs in Commercial Law and Corporate, Securities and Finance Law.

The program is open to Lawyers and Non-Lawyers alike.

Units are available to study through the following Sydney Law School degree programs:

Candidates can also enrol in the subject on a Legal Professional Development (LPD), Single Unit Enrolment or Cross-Institutional basis.
