International Structured Finance Law and Practice

Applications are still open for this final Sydney Law School in Europe unit for 2010, which takes place in London in early September.

Taught by Jan Job de VriesRobbé, Senior Counsel Structural Finance, Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO), the unit examines international finance law and practice in the face of the credit crunch and discusses actual transactions with a focus on practice in developing markets.

The location is the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) in Russell Square, London.
