Sydney Law School will again deliver the specialised taxation unit, The Business of Tax Administration taught by Mr Carson McNeil of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Designed to provide an overview of the approach adopted by tax administrators to the way they manage and lead their administrations in response to government demand for greater revenues and administrative effectiveness, it is available to study through the following Sydney Law School degree programmes:

• Master of Laws (LLM) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GradDipLaw)
• Master of Administrative Law & Policy (MALP)
• Master of Business Law (MBL)
• The Master of Global Law (MGlobL)
• Master of International Taxation (MIntTax)
• Master of Taxation (MTax) or Graduate Diploma in Taxation (GradDipTax)

Candidates can also enrol in the subject on a Legal Professional Development (LPD), Single Unit Enrolment or Cross-Institutional basis.

It also meets the training and development requirements of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICCA).

Sydney Law School is scheduled to deliver over 30 units of study in Taxation and International Taxation in 2010, taught by members of the Ross Parsons Centre of Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law and our distinguished international visiting and adjunct faculty.
