Students from the Sydney University Law Society (SULS) were part of a University of Sydney student delegation that visited Griffith High School recently for a series of information sessions.

Thirty seven law students from the University of Sydney were on hand to offer information, advice and support to local high school students about making the leap to university.

"The buzz phrase everyone is using is 'social inclusion and diversity' which basically means we want to let students know that uni is for everyone, not just for rich kids from the eastern suburbs of Sydney," president of Sydney University Law Society (SULS) Geoffrey Winters said.

"Our visit is about breaking down those barriers and stereotypes and getting rural students switched on and interested about uni."
