This seminar explores the roles laws and lawyers play among technologies of governance operative in the Mekong River Basin today. Hosted by the Mekong Research Group (AMRC), School of Geosciences, University of Sydney, the presentation is based on document reviews, interviews and associated fieldwork in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. It will be delivered by the Law School's Associate Professor Fleur Johns and Professor Philip Hirsch , School of Geosciences.
