2011 Alumni Achievement Awards

The Pharmacy Alumni Association is calling for nominations for it's two Alumni Awards for pharmacy graduates. The two awards are the Pharmacy Alumni Award for Achievement, and the Pharmacy Young Alumni Award for Achievement.
Both awards cover community, international, voluntary and professional achievements by the nominee within or outside of the professional area. Only pharmacy alumni (i.e. graduates of the University) may be nominated for these Awards. All nominations and supporting statements are confidential. The information provided will not be communicated to the nominee, unless the nominator so chooses.
Closing date for Faculty Award nominations is 1 April 2011.
Nomination forms are available to download from the Pharmacy Alumni website www.sydney.edu.au/pharmacy/alumni.
