Featured opportunity: Defence Health Foundation research grants

The Defence Health Foundation is inviting applications from researchers for medical research grants for 2014.
Research must benefit the health and wellbeing of serving or ex-serving members of the Australian Defence Forces or their families and includes the study of the causes, treatment and prevention of human diseases, which covers both physical and mental conditions.
Grants on offer are one-year establishment grants - minimum $25,000; and booster grants, renewable annually for up to three years – maximum $100,000 p.a.
Applications close on 8 August 2013.
