The National Breast Cancer Foundation invites applications for its novel concept awards, which encourage researchers to develop innovative and possibly high-risk avenues of investigation related to breast cancer.

Novel Concept awards support projects that challenge existing paradigms or break new theoretical ground, and may be used for developing new methods, technology, techniques and applications.

Awards are worth up to AU$100,000 per year for a maximum period of two years.

Closing date: 28 June 2013.
