NHMRC Project Grant update
28 February 2011
As previously advised the NHMRC have extended their closing date for the Project Grants which is now 5 April 2011.
The University of Sydney internal closing date is8 March 2011.
The NHMRC has also advised:
- Only Project Grant applications commenced in RGMS by the original closing date of8 March will be accepted.
- These applications must contain the minimum data requirements that will allow NHMRC to proceed with allocating applications to panels and external reviewers.
These arrangements will allow NHMRC to continue with the peer review aspects of Project Grant applications ahead of the revised closing date.
Answers to common questions:
Q: Can I delete an application?
A: No, only NHMRC can delete an application. NHMRC will delete any applications with the word "DELETE" in the title, once the funding round has closed. Simply use the word delete as the title of the application you would like removed.
NHMRC also undertake a review of any applications that have not been submitted at the deadline for the round to assess if the application has been withdrawn, lapsed or is a test application.
Q: Why can't I see my application(s)?
A: NHMRC has changed the application function to speed up its response time as part of our recent work on RGMS. If you like to see all of your application, press the filter button on the left hand side of the screen.
If you would like to see your applications in a particular scheme, you can select a particular initiative from near the top of the screen.
Q: Where can I find out about the minimum/key data for my application?
