To help build a safer and healthier working environment, Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) conduct a number of programs across the University to enhance the wellbeing of staff. One program is positive psychology - practical courses that give people the confidence to be responsible for their own wellbeing, and to know when and how to respond to workplace mental health and wellbeing issues.
