Changes to deleted emails

To address issues staff have with email slowness, from 20 October we will activate a new setting on all staff email accounts to permanently delete items that have been in your deleted items folder for more than 90 days, including items in sub-folders under your deleted items folder.
In addition to this activity, the University email service (Exchange) will be unavailable between 5.30pm and 10.30pm on Saturday 27 October. During this time, you will not be able to access your email. Emails sent to you during this time will be stored and delivered to your inbox after 10.30pm, 27 October.
