New features and content on the intranet

It's now faster and easier to access the information and services you need, with the new favourites and classifieds features in the intranet.

Create a custom list of your most used pages for quick access. To run through the steps to add and use your favourites, click the question mark next to "Your favourites" on the intranet homepage.

Buy, sell, trade or give away items to your colleagues across the University, using the new classifieds section. You can also put out calls to get involved in activities like car pooling or community events.


New content

There is updated information on the procedures for travel and using University vehicles. You'll also find refreshed content on equal employment opportunity information covering support for equity and diversity, strategic networking for women, developing women leaders, and support networks for parents and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. Coming soon will be refreshed content on procurement procedures and ICT services.

Since the staff intranet launched in April 2013, we've continued to work on improvements and new developments, often in response to your feedback.
