ICT is addressing outstanding AV service disruptions

Over the past month ICT has received a large volume of service requests and incident reports for audio visual services in teaching and seminar rooms. We are working to resolve the backlog of unresolved incidents and are hiring additional support staff to help resolve the requests over the next two weeks.

If you encounter any issues with audio visual equipment at the University, please contact the ICT Helpdesk on ext 16000 so we can provide assistance over the phone or assign the job to an appropriate AV technician. You can also visit the University YouTube channelto view AV support material.
