Problems accessing Campus Assist Online following upgrade

Campus Assist Online has recently been upgraded. Some staff are experiencing issues when creating new service requests because of their internet browser configuration.

Before attempting to use the new version of Campus Assist Online, it is important that you clear your browser cache. Please follow instructions on how to clear your browser cache in Internet Explorer.

Please note, Internet Explorer Version 7 is not compatible with the new system, and you will need to update to Version 8 or above to continue using Campus Assist Online.
