Change to approval of UniKey requests via self-service portal

To better manage the University's information security and meet NSW Government Audit requirements, ICT is making changes to the UniKey account creation process.

From 5pm Friday 20 June, when you manually request a new UniKey account via the self-service portal you will be asked to nominate a UniKey creation approver. Any supervisor or manager employed by the University is considered a UniKey creation approver. When you submit your request, your nominated approver will be notified by email to confirm the request.

This change only affects staff members who manually request a new UniKey account. The current automatic UniKey creation process will not be impacted.
