Campus Assist Online: requesting building access cards, keys and security electronics

When raising service requests for building access cards, keys and security electronics through Campus Assist Online on the intranet, it is important all requests are submitted via the authorised signatory person for your area, department or faculty.
Alternatively, attach authorisation from this person to your service request in the document field provided to avoid delays in processing the request.
If you are an authorised signatory, please re-familiarise yourself with the process as there may be some minor enhancements. Read important information for authorised signatories (PDF 44KB) for guidance on how to raise a service request.
From Monday 23 June your request may be rejected if it doesn't comply with the requirements. In this event please refer to the notes at the bottom of the rejected request for direction and then re-submit a new request.
