Academic staff: complete your planning and development review

Academic staff can now complete their first review using the new academic planning and development (AP&D) process.
As explained in an email from the Provost last month, the new process will provide greater support for academic staff to develop their careers, and provide them with a better understanding of how they are contributing to wider faculty and University goals.
All AP&D reviews need to be completed by December. If you completed a performance management and development (PM&D) review between March and September 2012, you do not need to complete a full AP&D review. Instead, you should upload your PM&D documentation into CareerPath in the AP&D 'review' step.
