Updated ICT Self Service Portal

We've updated the Self Service Portal to make it easier to request IT services or report an IT issue.

A major update to the portal is an ordering system allowing you to request services that were previously requested through the online log-a-job forms. For instructions on how to log a service request, please visit the Ask Sydney - ICT website. For instructions on how to report IT issues, see 'How do I report an issue?'

Please update your profile information once you have logged in as it will make it easier for us to process your request. Requests logged in the old Self Service Portal are still open and will be attended to. You can check the progress of these tickets under 'View my tickets'.
