Message from the Acting Vice-Chancellor: Healthy university - move more, sit less

1 November 2012

The University of Sydney is committed to being a healthy university. As part of the planning and evaluation of new programs in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, and mental health, the University will be conducting a series of online surveys.

This first one is focused on physical activity and travel behaviour on a specific day, Tuesday 30 October. This information will help inform strategies for the 'move more, sit less' component of the Healthy University Initiative.

The survey is designed to take less than 10 minutes and participation can be anonymous. To thank you for your time, you can win one of five Co-op Bookshop vouchers.

Complete the survey: 'Your travel on Tuesday 30 October'

Further information is available from Professor Corinne Mulley at the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies. The survey closes on 9 November. A summary of results will be published in the staff newsletter.

Yours sincerely
