Arrangements for Christmas closedown

The payroll close-offs for the December pay periods have been brought forward as a result of the Christmas closedown.
Pay period 13 December 2012: Payroll documents must be submitted by 5pm, Thursday 29 November 2012.
Casual staff working from 30 November to 6 December can claim hours up to Thursday 6 December provided their supervisors agree.
Pay period 27 December 2012: Payroll documents must be submitted by 5pm, Thursday, 6 December 2012.
Casual staff working from 7 December to 18 December can claim hours up to Tuesday 18 December provided their supervisors agree
Payroll documents that need to be submitted by these dates include casual timesheets (paper based and online via myHRonline) and overtime claim forms. Please note that different deadlines apply for the approval of online timesheets.
