Reporting a privacy or security issue

The University has a number of security measures in place to ensure our information and systems are protected. In the rare event that a University system is breached or personal information inappropriately exposed, please notify the ICT helpdesk immediately on 02 9351 6000.
It is best to contact ICT by phone (rather than via email or the ICT Self Service Portal) so that support staff can respond immediately. Privacy issues are critical events and can be reported to the ICT helpdesk.
