New Campus Infrastructure and Services 'service request' system

The University's eService Desk is being relaunched as 'Campus Assist Online' on Monday 17 October.

Campus Assist Online provides a central point of call for logging maintenance, security and project requests. The new software upgrade also allows for streamlined logging and tracking of requests, increasing our ability to respond promptly and efficiently to our customers.
