Update: Exchange 2010 upgrade

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has upgraded more than 6490 staff email accounts to Exchange 2010, with 4310 accounts remaining to be upgraded early next year.
A number of issues have arisen during the upgrade, and as a result ICT paused the upgrade schedule. This was to ensure email access for users who were not upgraded during the busy end-of-year period. ICT has also improved the account upgrade process and addressed some of the common problems experienced by staff. Information on these improvements is available on the ICT website.
