Life Sciences Review 2011

The Life Sciences Review 2011 report is now available online.

The Life Sciences Review took place in November 2011. Prior work was undertaken to engage the University community and gather relevant information. The review panel comprised five experts from fields in the life sciences.

The aims of the review were to make recommendations that enable the Universityto:

  • streamline teaching curricula in the life sciences to further strengthen quality
  • identify synergies/efficiencies in teaching/research across the nine relevant faculties
  • strengthen individual and collaborative research outputs in the field.

The final report was submitted to the Vice-Chancellor in January 2012 and tabled at Senate last month.
