Scholarships for students undertaking Work-Integrated Learning (WIL)

The Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN) is the professional association for practitioners and researchers from the tertiary education sector, industry, community and government who are involved in WIL in Australia is offering eight scholarships, valued at $1,500 each.

The 2015 ACEN Student Scholarship provides financial support for students undertaking a WIL placement in a regional or remote area of Australia as part of their university studies.

Scholarship applicants:

  • Must be from institutions that are financial members of ACEN list of current financial institutions.
  • Must be studying a postgraduate or undergraduate degree program which requires a WIL placement as a part of their studies
  • Both domestic and international students are eligible to apply.

The University of Sydney is a paid member of ACEN and so students are eligible to apply (please check that the additional criteria are met too). Applications for the first stage close on April 10. Further information available here.
