Sydney Nursing School graduation

Eligibility | Ceremonies | Academic transcripts and testamurs

Each semester, Sydney Nursing School checks your academic record to determine if you are approaching graduation and we advise the Graduations Office accordingly. Once your final results are available and there are no other outstanding requirements, your status is updated to show that you have completed requirements.

All eligible students will receive a graduation letter from the faculty indicating the date of the next graduation ceremony. You will be allocated to the next available ceremony for nursing students.

Approximately two to three weeks before the ceremony, graduands should expect to receive further correspondence from the University's Graduations Office, giving important details relating to tickets, academic gown hire and the like.

Further information, including the current graduation schedule ...

The University publishes the schedule of graduation ceremonies on the website each year. If you choose not to attend your allocated ceremony, you will be graduated in absentia. Further information about graduating in absentia is provided by the Graduations Office.

Academic transcripts and testamurs

Upon graduation, you are issued two copies of your Academic Transcript, together with your testamur. If you need to replace your testamur or academic transcript, you can submit a request to the University. You can also request a copy of your academic transcript at any time during your studies or after graduation.
