Choosing a graduate diploma

You can either choose to study the graduate diploma alone, or as a pathway into a master’s degree.

The graduate diploma can be studied either full time or part time. It is for both domestic and international students. Each unit of study has up to four face-to-face study days. A normal part-time load is two units of study per semester. The graduate diploma is two semesters full time or four semesters part time.

The graduate diploma requires a total of 48 credit points. Award units taken at graduate diploma and graduate certificate levels may also count towards a master’s degree. Any non-award units of study already completed may also be credited towards a graduate diploma.

Student learning is further supported by the University’s eLearning.

Applying for a graduate diploma

There is one intake of students in March each year.

Applications must be made online. You will also need to upload copies of other documentation as part of your online application process. To assist you, there is a checklist of required documents that you will need.

Cost of a graduate diploma

This is a full-fee paying course. However there are Commonwealth supported places available for 2014 and places will be allocated according to the order in which applicants accept their offers. HECS-HELP is available for Australian Citizens. Visit the Costs and scholarships website for detailed information. See also:
