Pre-enrolment
If you are a continuing student, pre-enrolment is the annual process whereby you can choose and lodge your enrolment selections for the upcoming academic year. (This information doesn't apply to students who are doing non-award/non-degree courses.)
If you are currently enrolled and intend to remain enrolled in the same course next year, you will be asked to pre-enrol during Semester 2. Pre-enrolment begins in early October and is usually completed via MyUni. (See the quick link to pre-enrolment on the MyUni homepage.) Watch your Sydney Mail account and letter boxes for instructions at the beginning of October.
Your pre-enrolment choices are checked and confirmed in January each year. Students who either do not pre-enrol, or who “fail” pre-enrolment (ie make inappropriate subject choices or do not satisfy progression rules) must enrol in person in February.
For more information, please begin by contacting the relevant staff member at Nursing Student Services. For email enquiries please use your Sydney Mail account and include your full name and student number.
Pre-enrolment notification
If you are a continuing student who has pre-enrolled, your pre-enrolment will become a confirmed enrolment in mid-January of the following year. Please check your Sydney Mail email account regularly for notification of your enrolment. If you fail pre-enrolment (ie your pre-enrolment cannot be converted to a confirmed enrolment), you will need to come to Mallett Street on a specified date to finalise your enrolment.
NOTE: If you are a new student, beginning your studies at Sydney Nursing School, the enrolment and orientation webpage has information about how to enrol and important dates.
