Acoustic environment of the NICU: A noise reduction project
This collaborative project, based at RPA Newborn Care, will utilise education and visual cues to reduce environmental noise. The project aims to test whether an innovative education strategy can reduce environmental noise in the NICU, and if the decreased noise is accompanied by a concurrent fall in clinical errors in the NICU.
