Development of the “Pop-Up Palliative Care Service”: A new model for providing palliative care to rural and remote communities
This project will develop and evaluate an information tool about menopause specifically targeted for young women following breast cancer. This tool has the potential to improve decision making and quality of life for young breast cancer patients.
