The effectiveness of a community nursing intervention to improve continuity of care for chemotherapy cancer patients
This research team is currently seeking funding for a three-year, multi-site, longitudinal study that aims to determine the effectiveness of an intervention designed to improve continuity of care, symptom management and psychosocial support for community-based cancer patients.
