The shiftwork experiences of mid-life female nurses

This study aims to use open-ended interviews to explore the experience of shiftworking mid-life female nurses, with a focus on how female nurses maintain and adapt to their shiftworking life styles during the peri-menopausal phase of their lives. The findings will be used to aid in policy formulation to support and retain mid-life nurses.
