Creating a Change Framework
Learning Solutions has devised a 7-step change framework which commences with an understanding of the pressure for change, develops the key steps for ensuring changes are planned, communicated and reinforced and concludes with an evaluation and improvement plan. Learning Solutions has supported the Faculties of Veterinary Science, Health Sciences and the Schools of Geosciences and Molecular and Microbial Biosciences with their change management programs.
If you are planning to introduce any changes to roles and responsibilities within your area of responsibility please contact your HR Advisor in the first instance. It is essential that any planned changes are implemented in a manner which is in keeping with the University’s commitment to staff, and in accordance with University obligations under the EBA.
