The University of Sydney’s strategic plan 2011-2015 sets a course of objectives for the University. To assist the University in achieving these strategic objectives, the Talent & Organisational Development team offers a brokering service to arrange coaching for both its academic and professional staff. Using their knowledge and experience of the coaching process and their database of experienced coaches, staff embarking upon this process can be assured that they will receive informed advice and assistance from the Talent and Organisational Development team in order to create the right match between coach and coachee and be supported along the way.

Both the coachee and their manager must agree to it’s use and payment is to be provided by the coachee’s Faculty or Unit.
