CODCD Summer Research Scholarships
We are pleased to be able to offer a small number, up to 5, Summer Research Scholarships this year. This will provide students currently enrolled in any full-time undergraduate program the opportunity of undertaking cross-disciplinary research relevant to obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease (ODCD).
These scholarships are intended to provide a unique experience that will encourage students to explore career and research options in the broader ODCD area. The scholarships will provide students with the experience of working with well-respected researchers, in established and or emergent cross-disciplinary research environments.
The Summer Scholarships will be for 8 weeks. They may commence as soon as awarded and must conclude on 24th February 2012. To apply, interested students should submit their application by cob 25 November 2011. We understand this is very short notice, but we are keen to introduce this initiative this year rather than delaying it for 12 months.
