Application Documentation
Applicants to provide the following documentation with their application:

If course is not complete at the time of application please upload current transcript now and provide the university with a completed transcript as soon as available. Not required for graduates of the University of Sydney. Results are available internally. |
Applicants for the Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice for registered pharmacists should also provide evidence of their existing pharmacist practitioner registration with AHPRA.
Other documents (e.g. personal CV, work history) which may be requested by the generic application system are not required and will not be assessed with your application.
