Licensed drivers

It is the responsibility of the nominated Driver / Custodian to ensure that they, and any other person driving a University vehicle, are legally licensed to drive the vehicle.

All employees or contractors who intend to drive any University vehicle are required to hold a current and relevant drivers licence and must supply a legible copy of their current drivers licence to their Departmental manager or nominated Human Resources personnel who is charged with holding and maintaining their personal employment file.

Employees must notify their Departmental manager or relevant Human Resources personnel immediately if their licence is suspended, downgraded, cancelled or if there is any amendment to the driver's name, address, or any other details.
