Logbooks

Every University vehicle is provided with a vehicle logbook (ref Wildon vehicle logbook 87W). This logbook must be updated and maintained by the allocated driver/custodian. Drivers must record all details as outlined in the vehicle logbook.

For FBT requirements the logbook should be consistently maintained for a period of 12 weeks each year then returned to Fleet Management.

On return of the logbook to Fleet Management, a new logbook will be issued for the purpose of recording multiple driver use information.
